The central location here is great, right in the middle of town, which is a definite plus. Additionally, it's just a short 2-mile distance from a public library.

Location: the hotel was near to France, and a river. We went out for dinner, found Long John Silver's, it was not very far from the property...

The staff were all superfriendly and very, very nice. The breakfast was amazing, had plenty of options. The hotel's location was marvellous, just off the mountains, good ski area and the restaurant. Tried some takeout specials at Pret a Manger, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue🙂

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. the continental breakfast had a good variety of products, and the homemade items were delicious. the location was beautiful, with a large garden and stunning mountain views. It was a peaceful and relaxing retreat, perfect for a weekend getaway. Plus, they even offered to do our laundry, which was a bonus for us!
There were a few downsides. First, there were no open restaurants within a two-mile radius of the hotel, which was quite inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Val D'Aure for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a charming French rustic vibe and the owners were friendly and helpful. Despite the slightly tired appearance, the rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. The grounds were lovely, with goats and hens adding to the charm. The location was excellent, with easy access to Arreau and Saint Lary Solan, offering stunning views of the Pyrenees. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for those seeking rustic charm and a relaxed atmosphere.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
